Over the years we have purchased and improved a large collection of properties. "Wanna be in the sun" is our website offering many of these ocean and mountain view properties for sale. Availablility will commence November 2008.

Years ago when my wife and I first arrived in Costa Rica, we found ourselves on the pacific southwest coast. For days we traveled and took in the magical mix of tropical plants and animals, breathtaking views, perfect weather and access to both mountains and ocean. Friends had visited the area several months before and had simply fallen in love with the countryside and its people. Close to San Isidro and the Domincal beaches the area offers many services as well as good medical and hospital care. A lawyer answered our questions regarding investments by non residents, and we comfortably decided to invest in property and build a home.
All properties have registered titles, are easily accessible and have all services listed.
