These properties are near Uvita and face west towards the Pacific Ocean. Our primary objectives when creating these home sites were to offer unique, large and private destination in harmony with nature. Located on a gentle mountain  slope two and a half kilometers from the water each lot has an ocean view with generous property specification and privacy designed to satisfy. Nearby is one of the best beaches, Playa Uvita, with its small waves and clear water it is ideal for swimming and water sports. Located 10 miles south from Dominical in the "Ballena Whales Marine National Park".

The following is a small description of each unique lot. We have given them names and numbers and you can locate them on this map. We will be happy to walk you through and answer any (and hopefully all) of your questions.
#1- Corn Sunset: - Sq.Meters 16,979.46
This generous location starts flat and builds upward and westward. The entrance is a gentle winding road that weaves through jungle through an old cornfield and up to the building site. Ocean and mountain views and the sense of deep quiet pervade.

As the name suggests there is a small steam nearby. Private entrance and easy access lead to a private building site about 150 feet from the main road. The ocean is vi sable through the trees and there is a wonderful feeling of nature and peace.

#3- Forest Retreat:
This lot has a fun story. Walking in the jungle (and I confess, getting lost in a very small space) we some how overlooked to notice that the rear of this lot was accessible. While working with the survey team we recognized our over-sight and with the help of our crew, created this incredible destination. Located deep in the forest, high enough to see the ocean with building and planting potential to satisfy anyone dream……….one of a kind

#4- Garden Terrace:
When we name a property, we stand where we think (we) someone would build a home and then let the property name itself. All around the building site are layers of natural terraces perfect for gardening. Looking at our map you will notice that some of the property lines are called “arroyo”. These are deep gulleys that serve as watersheds during the rainy season and on this property have water in them most of the year. Wonderfully private, the building site is located on a spacious knoll.
