In the mid ninety’s we purchased a cattle pasture and because there were few trees at the time the only way to create privacy was to acquire some additional land. Since then we have planted several thousand trees and flowing plants and true to the tropics everything grows at an incredible rate. For example "ficus benjamina" trees planted every 20 feet along the road side were thirty inches tall with ½ inch thick trunks are now one foot diameter trunks and are ten meters (30 feet) high and equally wide in five years. Giant bamboo shoots now stand about twenty meters (60 feet) high, and six years ago in an area where we planted local hardwood varieties we now have a forest that gives shade and supports a plethora of wildlife. Fruit trees are everywhere and attract birds and animals. All this to say that all this open space is now gardens and forests. Being in the shade and flowers is a new dimension, a different quality of privacy than standing alone in a field.

This property is offered as an option to the purchase of the main house (adjacent property to the north). It is an option that can be used for additional structures or animals.
If the house and property to the north is purchased separately (and this option is not exercised), than this property will become available for purchase.

Title is registered and water and electricity are at the entrance to the property.
This property is a two-wheel drive access 12 months a year.
